Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a vital part of our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted for 20 hours per week. Please note: This role is contracted for 44 weeks per year.

  • Proper use and maintenance of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
  • Managing pressure, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively at all levels
  • Being an excellent team player
  • Maintaining an organized and committed approach
  • Demonstrating a desire to succeed and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Exhibiting exceptional timekeeping and reliability
