Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted for 10 hours per week. You will be an integral part of a team that takes pride in their food, their brand, and most importantly, their people. Here is an overview of your shift pattern: 5 out of 7 days.

Please note: This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
