Overview

We are seeking to appoint a School Improvement Adviser. Prospective candidates will be experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement. We are open to permanent appointments or a secondment arrangement, if preferred. Individuals will have the ability to develop and deliver highly effective support to a range of education settings to achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy. In this exciting role you will forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders and Governors. You will provide advice, coaching support and CPD on all aspects of effective leadership and school improvement. You will have a caseload of schools to advise, and actively contribute to the CPD and bespoke support delivered by the School Improvement Team.
