Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered practitioner with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Post registration experience in relevant setting.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Desirable: multi‑agency work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the immunisation and vaccinations programme in a variety of clinical/non clinical settings to ensure eligible children and young people have access and uptake.
• Manage stock rotation and storage to protect the cold chain.
• Safe transport of vaccines between locations following policy.
• Collaborate with schools to support programme delivery.
• Apply evidence-based practice to enhance and develop care.
• Maintain documentation in line with Trust guidance and professional standards.
