Job summary

hireful is seeking an ICT Technician (IT Support Technician) to join our education IT service team. You will help manage school IT systems, solve technical problems, and install hardware and software, delivering excellent customer service to schools.

Based in Leeds, you will work across three schools in the Rodley area, providing first to second line support and acting as the main link between schools and the wider company. A passion for helping teachers and pupils is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT Support capacity up to 2nd line would be great
• Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment including servers, software, networks and telephony
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing a first-class, user-focused service

Responsibilities

• Manage school IT systems and solve technical problems
• Install hardware and software and maintain IT infrastructure
• Act as the link between schools and the wider company to keep everyone connected and informed
