Job summary

Delta Academies Trust is seeking an ICT Technician to join their ICT support team at Serlby Park Academy on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on maintaining the Trust's ICT infrastructure and providing on-site support to staff and students across the Trust and partner agencies.

You will work as part of a growing team to deliver ICT solutions, track service tickets, and ensure essential services are available when required.

Responsibilities

• As an ICT Technician, you will work as part of the Delta Academies Trust ICT support team to primarily maintain Delta Academies Trust infrastructure, service and solutions and provide support to staff and students across the trust or other agencies supported by the trust when required.
• You will provide on site support as required, tracking service tickets to ensure the required services are available to all users as needed.
