Job summary

Bungay Primary School is seeking a Hygiene Assistant for a 44-week role, working 2.5 hours per day across two days each week. Responsibilities

• Clean areas of the school site allocated by the site manager.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and wash or mop wet and tiled floors in classrooms and toilets.
• Clean toilets and toilet areas and restock toiletries.
• Clean hand basins in toilets and sinks in other rooms.
• Sweep uncarpeted floors thoroughly.
• Empty and clean bins and take waste to designated areas.
• Spot-clean spillages.
• Dust and wipe desks, seats, ledges, skirting boards and other places where dust collects.
• Remove dirty marks from walls, tiling and mirrors.
• Use cleaning materials as the site manager instructs.
