Zusammenfassung

Highgate Wood Secondary School is seeking a permanent HR Coordinator to own the day-to-day HR function, covering the employee lifecycle, casework and personnel records. The role is on site, aligned with the Haringey HR Service, and requires CIPD Level 3 and an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR and handling casework.

• Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to leavers.
• Advise on employee relations, attendance, performance, and conduct.
• First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers.
• Support safer recruitment and ensure pre-employment checks are complete and compliant.
• Liaise with Haringey HR Service, keeping policy application consistent.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HR systems.
• Coordinate employment contracts and variations.
