SCHOOL HR & BUSINESS MANAGER

We are seeking a School HR & Business Manager to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Human Resources, Health & Safety, and the daily operations of a school office. The school values individuals who have a track record of excellence and are always looking to improve. This role focuses on human resources functions rather than finance.

This school has achieved excellent results annually and is looking for a School HR & Business Manager eager to join an OUTSTANDING team. You will report directly to the executive Headteacher and will be given full autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding trust with a strong track record. Candidates must have school-based experience to be considered.

Job Role:

1. Lead and manage Human Resources, Health & Safety, Admin, and Finance staff
2. Deliver CPD and training to staff members
3. Attend SLT and school management meetings
4. Act as the school's Health & Safety Lead
5. Promote high standards within the school
