Are you a seasoned HR Advisor? I have a client seeking a HR Advisor to work within education across multiple settings in the Walsall Area. My client will consider applications from both qualified and unqualified HR Personnel.

Role Responsibilities include:

4. Policies - updating, advising, ensuring policies are family-friendly
5. Amendments to contracts
6. Onboarding

11. Guiding managers

You will be required to fully register with us, including providing right to work documents, along with obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS.
