Bede's Trust is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at our Senior School in Upper Dicker and travel to Eastbourne as needed. You will manage a team, drive high standards and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a rotating pattern and inclusion of Saturdays during school events. Competitive benefits accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a cleaning/Facilities environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.
• Strong working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across two school sites.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of cleaning operatives.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation daily.
