We aim to offer high-quality, affordable holiday club childcare for busy parents while ensuring children have fun during their holidays. We are recruiting Holiday Club Activity Coaches for our holiday club at The Heights Primary School in Caversham, Reading (RG4 7LB).

We are seeking team members with ongoing availability during school holidays, starting with the summer holidays (21st July to 29th August). Ongoing holidays include October Half Term, Christmas, February Half Term, Easter, and May Half Term. Applications from Sixth Form or College students aged 17+ are welcome.

The role includes:

• Engaging actively and enthusiastically in delivering scheduled activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging participation and fun
• Supporting the Holiday Club Manager in organizing and delivering activities, and overseeing safety and behavior of children in your group
• Following activity programs and safety guidelines diligently
• Ideal for students or individuals with experience in primary, pre-school, or nursery settings, such as Teaching Assistants, Early Years Educators, or Nursery Assistants seeking holiday hours

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily operations of the club
• Delivering activities to KOOSA Kids standards
• Providing a safe and secure environment for children
• Supporting children to explore, grow, and enjoy their time
