Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to craft exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a full-time basis at a Chester site. You will lead culinary operations and drive quality across menus, while mentoring the kitchen team to excel in a competitive hospitality environment.

As Head Chef you’ll manage budgets, uphold food safety, and partner with clients to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Compass Group UK&I rewards performance and supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ or equivalent required.
• Experience as Head Chef in a similar setting.
• Strong communicator with team leadership.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
