Job summary

Holroyd Howe in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth delivery of service at a school site. You’ll work closely with the catering and kitchen teams to ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome, high-quality food presentation and consistently excellent service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
• Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness
• Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way
• Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping
• Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
