We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced School Finance Administrator to join our team at a leading alternative provision in Barnoldswick. This is a permanent position, ideal for a financial professional who is passionate about supporting education.

The Role

As the School Finance Administrator, you will be a crucial part of our support staff, working closely with the School Business Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the school, ensuring all processes are accurate and efficient.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing Invoices: Managing all purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Budget Tracking: Assisting with budget monitoring and producing financial reports.
  • Payroll Administration: Supporting the monthly payroll process.
