Farm Manager
We are seeking anexperienced and passionate School Farm Managerto lead day-to-day running of our new school farm. This is not just a job – it’s an opportunity to help shape an innovative, student-led, outdoor curriculum focused on farming, rewilding, sustainability, and community engagement.
You’ll work closely with our teachers, therapists, and students to build a thriving, inclusive provision where young people learn by doing – caring for animals, managing the land, planting and harvesting, and connecting deeply with the rhythms of nature.
