Littlegarth School Ltd. in Colchester is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Team Member to help keep the school's buildings and facilities in top condition. You will identify, diagnose, and fix a wide range of maintenance issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with specialist contractors as needed.

You will also support grounds maintenance as part of the grounds team, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. The role operates 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, as part of a small site team.

Responsabilités

• Identify, diagnose and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues and carry out repairs.
• Coordinate with specialist contractors when necessary.
• Carry out grounds maintenance duties as part of the grounds team.
• Ensure school buildings and facilities are safe and welcoming.
• Work as part of a small site team with core hours 8.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
