Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests via the helpdesk as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader.
• Carry out routine health and safety checks, including fire alarm testing and participation in the fire response team.
• Support the maintenance team in keeping workshops and work areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Complete all required training relating to health and safety, equipment use, and safeguarding.
• Conduct pre-use equipment checks as required.
• Undertake painting and general routine maintenance tasks across the site.
• Drive and refuel school vehicles when necessary.
• Collect materials and supplies from off-site suppliers.
• Accompany contractors and visiting personnel as required.
• Attend staff and operational meetings when necessary.
