Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust's Outwood Alternative Provision Eston is seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to shield and maintain the buildings and grounds. You will open/close the site, manage lettings, monitor safety, and perform routine cleaning and basic repairs to keep the site fit for learning.

This full-time, 37-hour week role offers a competitive salary of £28,153 to £29,071, a focus on safety, and opportunities for professional development, with DBS checks and safeguarding at the core

Qualifications

• Experience in general building and site maintenance.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and DBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the premises; manage lettings and security checks.
• Perform internal cleaning, porterage, moving furniture and grounds maintenance.
• Undertake minor repairs; report major defects to Facilities Manager.
• Carry out routine health and safety checks and oversee contractors.
