Witherslack Group is seeking a maintenance worker for Hinckley House school, part of our SEMH primary network. You will handle general repairs, drive school vehicles, and keep grounds tidy, while building trust with pupils through a friendly presence and safeguarding training.

Formación

• Maintenance skills, professional or DIY experience accepted.
• Willingness to undertake Health & Safety training.
• Good teamwork and communication with pupils and staff.
• Ability to purchase small maintenance items as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general repairs to keep the school in good working order.
• Drive school vehicles and ensure they are well maintained.
• Keep school grounds and garden neat and tidy.
• Engage with pupils as a familiar, friendly face and participate in safeguarding training.
