Future Academies is seeking a Facilities Assistant to help maintain a safe, welcoming and well-kept environment across the academy. You will support day-to-day operations, maintenance and safety, ensuring pupils and staff can thrive.

Working with the Facilities Manager and Central Estates Team, you will help sustain high standards of site care, assist with safety checks, and respond to evolving priorities to keep the school running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming school environment.
• Maintain high standards across the school site to support teaching and learning.
• Work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and the Central Estates Team.
• Be flexible, solution-focused and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Promote health, safety and safeguarding for pupils and colleagues.
