Job summary

Future Academies is seeking a Facilities Assistant to help maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑maintained environment for pupils and staff. You will work with the Facilities Manager and Central Estates Team to support day‑to‑day operations and safety across the academy.

The role emphasises high standards of facilities, collaboration, flexibility and a commitment to health, safety and safeguarding, contributing to a positive school community.

• Promotes health, safety and safeguarding, keeping pupil and staff welfare as a priority.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Future Academies at an important stage in its development. With an ongoing programme of investment and improvement across the school site, the Facilities Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation, maintenance and safety of the academy.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager, school leadership and the Central Estates Team, you will help ensure that our facilities are maintained to a high standard, creating an environment that supports excellent teaching, learning and the wider school community.

You will be:
