Job summary

Mount Street Academy seeks a proactive School Estates Officer to join the premises team. The role involves health and safety checks, basic maintenance, grounds work, and supporting events across the Lincoln City site.

Working under the Premises Supervisor and alongside the regional estates team, you will handle deliveries, contractor coordination, and before/after school premises tasks, ensuring a safe, welcoming school environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience performing health & safety checks and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with COSHH procedures and safe equipment handling.
• Experience in routine maintenance, cleaning support and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine health and safety checks and report hazards.
• Assist with estates and facilities management including maintenance, cleaning and grounds.
• Set up rooms for events and manage deliveries and stock.
• Monitor contractor activity and ensure compliance with school procedures.
• Maintain premises documentation and incident reporting.
