St Christopher’s is seeking a part-time Caretaker to maintain Ladysmith Infant and Ladysmith Junior Schools in Exeter. The role covers 6.30 am–10.30 am, 5 days a week, All Year Round, with a 0.54 FTE allocation.

Salary starts at £14,976.71 (27,709 FTE) on the SC3 scale, with annual pay increments and a generous local government pension. The post requires strong DIY skills, a proactive, solution-focused attitude, and the ability to work with contractors to ensure statutory compliance.
