Job description

We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Duty Officer to support our external hirings in the evening and weekends.

Requirements:

• Age 18 years or older and in good health
• Proactive, hardworking, a team player, but also able to work independently

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers hiring JFK facilities and ensuring smooth operations
• Informing the Facilities Manager of any issues or resolutions
• Setting up equipment such as badminton nets
• Checking that areas are clean, tidy, and ready for use
• Setting up exam tables and chairs during exams
• Setting up chairs for assemblies
• Litter picking and sweeping paths on the school site
• Locking and arming buildings and the site after use

There will be a full induction, including training on setting up badminton nets and alarm procedures.
