Brighton | £25,000 - £27,000 per annum | Full-Time Permanent

About the role

As a Design and Technology Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling students to thrive in a safe, well-equipped environment. Your duties will include:

1. Preparing, maintaining, and organising equipment, tools, and materials for lessons.
2. Assisting teaching staff during practical lessons and demonstrations.
3. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, including risk assessments.
4. Supervising and supporting students with projects and the use of equipment.
5. Carrying out maintenance and repairs of tools and machinery.
6. Managing stock and ordering supplies as needed.
