Support your local community by joining Essex County Council's School Crossing Patrol Team as a School Crossing Patrol Officer at Perryfields County Infant School, Lawn Lane, Chelmsford CM1 7PP.
This role involves supporting schools once in the morning and once in the afternoon, ensuring the safety of pedestrians crossing the road to and from the school and surrounding areas.
We seek a punctual, reliable, approachable individual who enjoys engaging with the public.
The position is approximately 7.5 hours per week, with holiday pay included. You must be available during the 39-week academic year, working about 45 minutes in the morning (08:00 - 09:00) and 45 minutes in the afternoon (14:45 - 15:45), depending on site needs. Uniform, equipment, and training will be provided.
