Are you available during school term times to join Lincolnshire County Council as a School Crossing Patrol Officer?
If you are passionate about promoting active travel and contributing to community safety, consider joining our Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership Team on Churchill Avenue, Skegness.
This is a part-time role working 6.6 hours per week during term time, with shifts of 45 minutes at the beginning and end of the school day. You will be fully trained to manage traffic professionally and make a positive impact in the community by helping children cross safely at a designated crossing point.
Each day, you will play a crucial role in helping to keep children safe during their journeys to and from school. The rewards will be immeasurable, such as seeing the smiles and excited faces of pupils eager to greet you.
With a love for working outdoors, you will arrive on time at the beginning and end of the school day, enjoying supporting and communicating with children, drivers, parents, and teachers.
