Job summary

The successful candidate will plan and deliver coaching sessions at a high level and help nurture a pipeline of talent within an Independent School renowned for its facilities and national success.

You will be expected to implement a clear vision for the game's development in a school with a national reputation and a track record of success in girls' cricket and talent development.

Job description

This is an outstanding opportunity for a cricket professional, who possesses proven experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions at a high level, and/or experience of playing at a national level.

The level of cricket at Ipswich School in recent years has been nothing short of phenomenal. Our girls have won 5 national titles in the past 4 years, including U18 T20 and U18 Hundred, and our U53 girls are current National indoor champions. We have a tremendous pipeline of talent coming through and will remain nationally competitive for the foreseeable future - a truly exciting prospect for any coach!
