Job Details:

• Job Title: School Cover Supervisor

Support several secondary schools across East Kent providing pre-set lesson cover for teachers and supporting pupils aged 11-16.

Responsibilities:

• Covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers - all resources will be set for every lesson
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies and ensuring all tasks are completed
• Monitoring pupil progress in the absence of the teacher to feed back on their return

Requirements:

Applicants will ideally have previous experience within a school setting, but transferrable skills to support children and young people will also be acceptable. You do not need a teaching qualification.
