Job description

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Cover Manager to keep things running smoothly day to day. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum, Timetabling & Operations to make sure the Academy’s cover and admin run like clockwork.

What you’ll do
  • Manage daily staff cover and maintain the Cover Diary
  • Coordinate with HR and supply agencies
  • Schedule and communicate daily cover needs across Primary and Secondary phases
  • Support and brief Cover Supervisors and visiting supply staff
  • Provide absence reports and authorise timesheets
  • Assist with data for trustees and school reports (SIMS or Arbor experience is required)

We offer a temporary position with the option to make this role permanent at a later date. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
