Job description

School Counsellor Required: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Self-employed, 15 hours a week, term time only. Compensation: £22 per hour plus supervision costs.

We are seeking a part-time School Counsellor to work with students across all year groups.

The role is part of our pastoral and student support structures, working alongside pastoral staff to enhance the school's provision.

Responsibilities include working with students on a one-to-one basis and, where appropriate, in small groups.

The ideal candidate will be qualified and accredited by a professional body such as the BACP.

Experience in short-term, solution-focused counselling and working within a school or educational setting is preferred.
