School Counsellor Required: Barbican, London

Part time – one day per week, term time only

Salary – Competitive

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and qualified school counsellor to join our vibrant school community for one day a week. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, psychological, social, and emotional well-being of our students during this critical stage in their development. The counselling service is well established and a highly valued, integral part of the school’s provision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum level of qualification, be a member of a professional body such as BACP or BABCP. Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (criminal convictions) checks and medical clearance. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
