We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Counsellor to join our team. They will be expected to respond to the growing needs of students, not just educationally but socially and emotionally. Whilst we’re here to educate young people, we also know that it’s extremely important to keep them healthy, happy and feeling safe – we work very much to the Every Child Matters agenda. The successful applicant will join a team of Associate staff who are committed to supporting the teaching staff to ensure that Lyng Hall students have the best educational “experience” possible. The successful applicant will join a team of staff who are committed to supporting both the development of the MAT and the school that they work in, ensuring it operates efficiently and offers the best educational “experience” possible to all its students.
