Job summary

Beths Grammar School is seeking a School Counsellor to join our team. The role is 35 hours per week, term time only, with pay on Bexley scale 8.1–8.4. The FTE salary is £35,109, prorated to £28,606 for term time.

We're looking for a School Counsellor to join our team at Beths Grammar School, a school that is deeply committed to supporting the whole child. We are proud of our academic success, but we know that outstanding outcomes are only possible when young people feel safe, supported and able to thrive emotionally as well as intellectually. We are looking for someone to work 35 hours per week, term time only and be paid on Bexley scale 8.1-8.4. Bexley 8.1 FTE is £35,109 (prorated at 35 hours per week Term Time only £28,606.)
