Amey is recruiting a Permanent Cleaning Working Team Leader to join the Lockerbie Primary School cleaning team in Lockerbie, DG11 2AT. The role is on-site with 30 hours per week and a pay of £14.12 per hour.

You will supervise cleaners, conduct audits, manage stock, train staff and ensure health and safety across the contract while supporting carbon reduction initiatives.

Qualificações

• Supervise cleaners within your team and perform people management.
• Bi-weekly cleaning audits for internal improvements.
• Maintain stock levels and order consumables.
• Operate machinery safely following guidelines.
• Train cleaners on Amey procedures (6-month refreshers).
• Address team concerns or escalate to manager.
• Carry out reasonable requests from line manager.
• Ensure health & safety standards across the contract.
• Support zero-carbon initiatives where appropriate.
