Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead an on-site cleaning team at an educational building in Blackheath. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage stocks, and schedule daily tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Must have prior cleaning or supervisory experience and be able to work fixed shifts. Strong leadership and knowledge of health & safety regulations are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to fixed working hours.
• Able to commute reliably to the site location.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• English communication is required, but English as a first language is not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
