Job summary

Atlas is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to work on-site at our client's premises. You will learn the cleaning specification, receive on-the-job training in your first week, and help deliver a high standard of service while supporting customers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Attitude to thrive with cleaning experience.
• Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• DBS check is required.
• Two satisfactory references are required as part of the recruitment process.
• Applicants must have legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of customer care on-site across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based cleaning equipment and materials with full training.
• Replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into waste/recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and comply with Atlas policies.
• Work collaboratively within a team to go the extra mile.
