Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our FM segment and be based at Tudor Grange Academy in Redditch. Working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, you will oversee a team of cleaners on a school site and ensure tasks align with KPI, health and safety requirements.

The role offers an attractive salary and development opportunities; COSHH and H&S knowledge, people management, and staff training are valued. DBS may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety is advantageous.
• Ability to motivate and manage staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks follow KPIs, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Manage cleaning staff timesheets and annual leave.
• Train cleaners on approved equipment and methods per BAM standards.
