• Operate vacuum cleaners, mops and other janitorial equipment safely.
• Follow health and safety procedures to minimise risks.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Keep storage areas tidy and properly stocked.
• Follow school confidentiality and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and other communal areas within the school premises

• Empty bins, replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels, and restock cleaning materials as required
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and other janitorial tools
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks and hazards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the designated supervisor promptly
• Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning supplies and equipment in designated areas
• Adhere to school policies regarding confidentiality and security protocols.
