Job summary

Hayes Park School is seeking two Cleaning Operatives to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, welfare facilities and communal areas, working within a friendly site team.

The role is part-time (12.5 hours/week) during term time plus 15 additional working days, with shifts 15:30–18:00, Monday to Friday. Training, pension scheme access and wellbeing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and able to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across classrooms, offices, corridors, welfare facilities and communal areas.
• Work as part of the cleaning team to ensure the school remains safe and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.
