Job summary

Barnard Grove Primary School wishes to appoint a cleaner on a permanent basis. The role is part-time, 10 hours per week during term time (190 days per year), with a 3:30pm–5:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday. Salary is £5,827.02 per annum.

The post commences as soon as possible and requires an enhanced DBS check. The successful candidate will undertake cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles
• Able to meet the person specification
• Enhanced DBS check required

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas across the school, including toilets and fixtures
• Sweep, vacuum, empty litter bins, polish and dust surfaces
