Job summary

Nyland School in Swindon is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join our team. The role is part-time (10 hours per week, term-time plus two weeks) with shifts 6.00am–8.00am or 3.30pm–5.30pm, and a permanent contract starting ASAP.

You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment for children with social, emotional and mental health needs, working as part of The White Horse Federation family.

Qualifications

• Ideally have some cleaning work experience.
• Be able to manage time well.
• Have high standards and expectations of cleanliness for our school.
• Adhere to health and safety practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Keep Nyland School clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with cleaning tasks during term time and additional weeks as required.
• Support a hygienic environment for students and staff.
