Job summary

Mitie is seeking a part-time cleaner for Asquith Primary School in Morley, Leeds. The role covers 16 hours per week at a rate of £12.71 per hour, with duties spanning daily and periodic cleaning tasks to meet SLA standards.

You will join a team, complete required training, and adhere to Mitie policies on safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality. An enhanced DBS check is required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Undertake training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and under their own initiative.
• Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract and SLAs.
• Ensure that the service is delivered effectively and efficiently to a high standard.
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and is in safe working order.
• Report any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain security and safeguarding policies as required.
