Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is hiring for a mobile school cleaning post based at Pitlochry High School. The role involves cleaning toilets, dining and common areas to a hygienic standard, with the base changing within a reasonable area and shifts directed by management.

You will be employed via Tayside Contracts, serving Angus, Dundee City and Perth & Kinross councils. Responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, maintaining hygiene, and reporting to the manager as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is desirable.
• Experience using cleaning machines is an advantage.
• Willingness to move between sites within a reasonable geographical area.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team or alone.

Mobile school cleaning post based at Pitlochry High School, employed by Tayside Contracts, the shared service delivering for Angus, Dundee City and Perth & Kinross councils. The work is cleaning toilets, dining and common areas to a clean, hygienic standard, as directed by the Lead Cleaner or Facilities Assistant. The base is variable within a reasonable area, so the post involves moving between sites as assigned. Previous cleaning experience and machine use are desirable rather than required; this is a readvertisement and previous applicants are not invited to apply.
