TEEM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a reliable School Cleaner for a well-respected school in Newbury Park on a temporary ongoing cover basis. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, adhere to health and safety standards and be a supportive team member with the ability to work independently. Availability to start immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, ideally in a school or similar environment.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Holds a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Reliable, hardworking and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Carry out routine cleaning duties throughout the school premises.
• Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Organise and prioritise cleaning tasks to complete duties within the allocated time.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure all areas are left clean, tidy and safe.
• Take responsibility for locking the school building at the end of each shift.
