Job summary

Pinnacle Group is recruiting a School Cleaner to join the Total FM Cleaning Team at Cookridge Primary School, Leeds. The role covers term-time cleaning 15 hours per week, with additional shifts during school holidays.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management to maintain high cleanliness standards. The position is temporary-to-permanent with weekly pay during the temp period and monthly pay on permanent offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning within schools is preferred.
• DBS check and references required (3 years).
• Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, urinals, sinks and replenish consumables.
• Damp-wipe tables, chairs, desks and other surfaces.
• Vacuum floors and carpets; clean internal glazing.
• Sweep and mop all floors; manage waste and rubbish.
• Periodically perform deep cleaning during school holidays.
