Job summary

Westfield Community School is seeking a part-time cleaner to join the premises team. The role involves cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuuming and emptying litter bins, with duties scheduled for 4:00 pm–6:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 4:00 pm–6:00 pm Friday during term time, plus August deep cleans.

Training is provided and experience is welcome. Applicant must be legally entitled to work in the UK; the role is subject to safeguarding checks due to work with children.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, sweep, vacuum floors and empty litter bins.
• Work 12 hours per week during term time and 7 August days for deep cleans as needed.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies while on site.
