Job summary

LVS Hassocks is hiring two Domestic Assistants to join our Domestic Services team. You will clean classrooms, offices and communal areas to provide a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. Full training will be provided; previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.

You will be dependable, punctual and able to work well in a team while following health and safety procedures. Shifts typically run 6.00am-2.00pm (or 8.00am-4.00pm); 52 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Be dependable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Work well in a team and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Experience in cleaning is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated classrooms, offices and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards.
• Use cleaning products, equipment and machinery safely.
• Wear uniform and PPE as required.
• Report hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Support colleagues and cover other areas when needed.
