We’re looking for experienced School Cleaners to join the team at our brand-new Options Primary setting – Bower Lodge School – located in Southampton.

About the Role

You will work as part of the School cleaning team to deliver a first-class cleaning and janitorial service at Bower Lodge School. The post holder may be required to do other duties appropriate to the level of the role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Site team, carrying out daily cleaning and ad-hoc duties.
• Clean all surfaces, fixtures, fittings, floors, walls, and internal woodwork according to the cleaning schedule.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas.
• Undertake special cleaning programmes during school closures or other designated periods in compliance with the premises' specifications.
• Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Maintain and organize the storage of supplies securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment following instructions.

Our new Options Primary School - Bower Lodge, located in Dibden, Southampton, has a capacity for 40 pupils, catering for autistic young people aged 4–11.
